Mission

Research-training and collaboration

The fourfold mission of the ENC-Network is

  • to understand the brain
  • to work on the brain-disease mechanisms
  • to promote graduate training and mobility
  • to stimulate industrial-academic partnership

This mission can only be achieved through transdisciplinary approaches. We want new generations of neuroscientists to be capable to integrate information across different disciplines. Therefore they should be trained by top scientists across Europe and they should participate in collaborative projects only.
